PEGGY REYNOLDS-OLSEN

Peggy Reynolds-Olsen is a licensed Holistic Health Practitioner and Registered Craniosacral Therapist (BCST®).  She is also certified in Somatic Experiencing Trauma Resolution Therapy as a “Somatic Experiencing Practitioner “(SEP) with the Foundation for Human Enrichment. For the past 18 years she has been a healing arts practitioner in the San Diego area. Working with infants, children and adults, she specializes in the treatment of early developmental trauma, attachment and bonding issues. Peggy for many years has been treating people of all ages helping them recover from traumas of life that linger long after they should have healed. Her work integrates Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and principles of pre- and perinatal psychology to facilitate the process of trauma resolution for individuals as well as families. It may seems as though she is only focused on the very young, but for all of us, our past follows us into the present and it is her experience that many layers of life experience will heal during session work.Her work integrates Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and principles of pre- and perinatal psychology to facilitate the process of trauma resolution for individuals as well as families. This work will help to optimize your body, mind and spirit even if you are feeling well. As a certified teacher with the Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America, she offers a two-year foundation training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. Peggy offers lactation support as a Lactation Consultant and is internationally certified through IBLC. She is happy to come to your home if needed. Having completed Ray Castellino’s prenatal and birth therapy training Peggy spent many years offering her support in this arena and has done extensive personal work in the area.

Peggy is the founder and Director of the Alliance for Family Health a not for profit 501c3 where she supports families in healing birth trauma and does extensive education of parents on this subject as well.  Please contact her to learn more about the foundation and about making a donation.
